Stage
- FrontendReact + TypeScript (Vite)Largest talent pool, great DX, fast to ship.
- BackendLovable Cloud (Supabase) + serverless functionsStart managed, move to dedicated services only when scale demands it.
- DatabasePostgres (Supabase)Postgres is the safest long-term default; add Redis when read load grows.
- AuthSupabase Auth (email + Google OAuth)Hosted, secure, has the social providers users expect.
- HostingVercel or Cloudflare PagesEdge by default, generous free tier, zero-config CI.
- PaymentsStripeBest docs, widest country coverage.
- EmailResend (transactional) + Beehiiv/ConvertKit (marketing)Resend is a clean React Email pairing; Beehiiv handles newsletters.
- AnalyticsPlausible or PostHog (self-host or cloud)Product analytics from day one beats waiting until you 'need' it.
- MonitoringSentry (errors)Catch and triage errors before users tell you.
- Project mgmtLinear (solo workspace)Fast, opinionated, beats Jira at every team size under ~50.

FAQ
Are these recommendations biased?
Yes — opinionated by design. We favour tools that are fast to ship with, have generous free tiers, and don't lock you in. You'll see Postgres, Stripe, Sentry and Linear show up a lot because they're hard to regret.
Can I use this for non-SaaS projects?
Yes. Pick 'Web', 'Mobile' or 'API' as project type and the recommendations adapt — for example mobile suggests React Native + Expo.
