How is coverage % calculated?
Each feature is worth importance × 2 points at full coverage. Your score is summed and divided by the total possible. Partial coverage gets half credit.
How many features should I list?
8–15 is the sweet spot. Fewer misses nuance; more dilutes the signal from what actually drives buying decisions.
