Why include an emotion rating?
Emotion exposes the moments where users feel friction even if metrics look fine. The dips on the emotion line are where your biggest opportunities usually hide.
Can I create more than 5 stages?
Yes β click 'Add stage' to insert as many as you need. B2B journeys often have 7+ stages (e.g. split Decision into Trial and Purchase).
