ROI vs ROAS — what's the difference?

ROAS = revenue ÷ spend (ignores product costs). ROI = (revenue − costs) ÷ spend (net of all costs).

What's a healthy ROAS?

Ecommerce typically targets 3–4x. SaaS uses payback period instead. Always compare vs your margin, not a fixed rule.
